Job summary

SES Corporation seeks a senior technical leader to architect and operate our enterprise virtualized infrastructure, with a focus on VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, NSX, and hybrid cloud integration across on‑prem and cloud services.

You will own design decisions, lifecycle management, migrations, security, and automation, while mentoring engineers to ensure high performance, resiliency, and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Lead architecture, design, and evolution of VMware-based SDDC environments.
• 10+ years leading virtualization administration.
• VCF experience and hybrid cloud integration required.
• Automating IT administration and server provisioning through scripting/tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, implementation, and operation of enterprise virtualized infrastructure.
• Drive architectural decisions to optimize performance, resiliency, and scalability.
• Oversee VCF platforms, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management across domains.
• Lead migrations, backups, DR planning, and automation pattern development.
• Mentor engineering and operations teams; enforce security and compliance.
