Job summary

Beyond is seeking a Lead Visual Designer to push thinking from concept to production in a remote-first setup. You will bridge product and marketing, crafting world-class web experiences for clients like Google and BBC, while guiding teams and mentoring designers.

You will drive high-impact visual design, from bold campaigns to multimodal AI experiences, ensuring accessibility and scalable design systems across platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital/interactive design experience in top-tier agencies or in-house teams.
• Proven track record leading pitches and winning new business with visionary design concepts.
• Strong portfolio showing conceptual thinking, rapid prototyping, and live digital experiences.
• Understanding of AI concepts and marketing/design for them.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and localization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Product & Marketing: lead creative direction for high-impact web platforms, connecting product utility with brand storytelling.
• Own the Pitch: act as a creative spearhead in growth and client pitches, turning challenges into narrative-driven concepts.
• Design Beautiful Experiences: translate ideas into world-class client-facing deliverables, focusing on UI, responsive design, and design systems.
• Craft the Narrative: create decks and prototypes to communicate strategic thought to C-suite and teams.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: work with UX, product, engineers, data scientists, and copywriters.
• Mentor & Elevate: guide designers and foster bold experimentation and AI upskilling.
