Job summary

AlphaGraphics North Austin is seeking a Lead Vinyl Graphics & Signage Installer to direct field and shop installations, ensuring flawless execution and safety. You will collaborate with production on large-format printing and finishing when not on site, while mentoring junior installers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years installing vinyl graphics and signage, with vehicle wrap experience and a valid driver’s license. This role offers competitive pay and growth within a dynamic Central Texas network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience installing vinyl graphics and commercial signage.
• Vehicle wrap experience (full/partial wraps, fleet graphics) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort on ladders or elevated platforms up to 12 feet.
• Able to work in varied Central Texas weather conditions.
• Proficient with hand/power tools, measuring devices, levels, and fasteners.
• Strong attention to alignment, surface prep, and clean project wrap-up.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork on client sites.
• Professional appearance when visiting client locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead field installations of vinyl graphics, signage, murals, and films.
• Be the subject matter expert on installation methods and surface prep.
• Engage with clients on-site to ensure specs meet expectations.
• Assist production with large-format printing and finishing when not on site.
• Safely operate and maintain installation vans, tools, and equipment.
• Lead crews and collaborate with sales and project managers.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct pre-install inspections.
