Location: Conroe, TX — just outside of Houston
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
Position: Lead Veterinary Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time
HUB Veterinary Group is a privately owned veterinary hospital built with a simple mission: to help pets and the people who love them.
Our Conroe location was created to provide accessible, affordable veterinary care to the community and pets in need. We are a high-volume, low-cost practice, which means we see a lot of patients, move quickly, and work together as a team to get things done.
This is not your typical veterinary hospital — and this is not a typical Lead Tech position.
We are looking for an experienced, confident Lead Veterinary Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to lead by example.
You will be on the floor. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will actively work as a veterinary technician while leading the technician team, keeping the hospital moving, and making sure patients receive efficient, compassionate care.
If you are someone who enjoys being busy, can anticipate what needs to happen next, and can keep a team organized when things get hectic, this could be a great fit.
There is no sitting in an office watching the floor — you are part of the hustle.
We are privately owned, and that matters.
We opened HUB because we believe pets deserve access to veterinary care regardless of their family's financial situation. Our goal is to provide high-quality medicine while keeping care as affordable and accessible as possible.
We are a small, growing organization where your work actually matters. You aren't just filling a position — you are helping us build a hospital that serves the community and gives pets the care they need.
And because we are privately owned, our team is our team. We value people who take pride in their work, care about their coworkers, and want to be part of building something.
...we'd love to hear from you.
