Responsibilities

• Shape the clinic from the start with design, equipment, services and opening plans.
• Define standards of care and the practice philosophy with clinical autonomy.
• Hire and build the team with support from recruitment partners.
• Build relationships with local families, rescues, shelters and clients.
• Lead as an owner and share in the value created by the practice.
