CityVet Charlotte Uptown is seeking a Lead Veterinarian Partner to guide medicine, team, and growth in a thriving Uptown clinic. You’ll shape clinical direction, lead a skilled staff, and strengthen relationships with clients and local rescues.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD degree and NC licensure or eligibility required.
• 3+ years of small animal experience; leadership or mentorship preferred.
• Comfort with medicine, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the medicine and set standards across medicine, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care.
• Mentor and develop staff while maintaining a constructive clinic culture.
• Grow client base in Uptown Charlotte and partner with local rescues.
