Lovet Pet Health Care's Scottsdale Hills Animal Hospital is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to serve as Managing Clinical Director, guiding clinical operations and shaping hospital culture across the Lovet family.

This leadership role offers a path to ownership, a 4-day workweek with no on-call or overnight shifts, comprehensive benefits, and collaboration with HR, operations and compliance teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• DVM license in good standing required.
• 2+ years of clinical veterinary medicine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Culture: Oversees Associate DVMs and drives hospital-wide performance and retention initiatives.
• Mentorship & Talent Development: Recruits, mentors, and develops veterinary staff.
• Operational Oversight: Refines workflows, pricing, client service, and compliance with KPIs.
• Client & Clinical Excellence: Ensures high-quality veterinary medicine and client satisfaction.
• Strategic Collaboration: Works with HR, operations, and compliance to support staffing and regulatory readiness.
• Patient Care: Maintains a reduced caseload and up-to-date clinical skills.
