A privately held, family-owned veterinary organization is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) for a unique Lead Veterinarian and partnership opportunity in Humble, Texas.
This position offers more than a traditional associate veterinarian role. The selected veterinarian will have the opportunity to help lead and grow a newly acquired veterinary practice while working directly with ownership and participating in the long-term success of the practice.
The acquisition of the practice is contingent upon identifying the right veterinarian to serve as the clinical leader and potential partner.
As Lead Veterinarian, you will provide high-quality veterinary care while helping establish the clinical direction and culture of the practice.
The ideal candidate is a veterinarian who wants to do more than simply practice medicine. We are looking for someone interested in leadership, ownership, and helping build a successful veterinary practice.
This position provides a potential path to becoming a practice partner, allowing the Lead Veterinarian to participate more directly in the success and growth of the practice.
Veterinarians are trusted to practice medicine using their professional judgment. The organization supports physician autonomy without unnecessary corporate layers or micromanagement.
The organization is privately and family owned rather than backed by an investment group or large corporate veterinary organization.
Veterinarians have direct access to ownership and leadership, allowing decisions to be made efficiently and collaboratively.
Qualified candidates may receive a relocation bonus of up to $15,000.
