A partner hospital in Statesville, NC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Veterinarian to join their team. This fast-paced, high-volume practice offers a wide variety of services, including ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, and full in-house labs. The clinic treats a diverse range of animals, from dogs and cats to pocket pets and exotics, and is committed to providing excellent care. This is a full-time position with no weekends required and a 4-day workweek.

Responsibilities:
  • Medical Care: Provide high-quality medical care for animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgeries.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the veterinary team, including technicians, assistants, and receptionists, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.
  • Clinic Operations: Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and handling client communication.
  • Client Education: Communicate treatment plans, pet care, and prevention to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and patient care.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to grow the clinic’s business, including outreach programs and community engagement.
Qualifications:
