Job summary

Global Talent Partners is seeking a Lead Veterinarian in Pittsburgh to oversee a well-established AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on medicine for dogs and cats, mentoring associates and guiding the hospital’s clinical direction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to step into a clinical leadership position while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. You'll lead an established veterinary team, mentor associate veterinarians, and help shape the clinical direction of a respected hospital known for its commitment to patient care, collaboration, and professional development.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional medical standards while fostering a positive and engaged team culture where both people and patients thrive.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Previous leadership or mentorship experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for developing veterinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care
