Stay Veterinary Concierge Network is looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Veterinarian to provide outstanding veterinary care in the Denver area and work with Stay’s founders to guide practice decisions. Responsibilities

Lead a team of veterinary nurses in day-to-day practice operations

Mentor associate doctors and veterinary nurses to grow as individual performers, leaders, and medical experts

Empower the care team to deliver exceptional patient care and prioritize a best-in-class customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and trust among clients and an exemplary customer experience

Collaborate with the team to drive overall clinic performance related to medical quality and customer experience

Encourage a judgment-free work environment where everyone is empowered to contribute and share ideas to further Stay’s mission

Lead initiatives that prioritize the well-being of the clinical team and aim to slow burnout, encourage work-life balance, and enhance the happiness of fellow employees

Support with the hiring process of associate veterinarians and veterinary support staff

Qualifications required for application:

At least 1 year of experience managing and leading teams of veterinarian professionals, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a veterinarian

Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school and completion of requirements to practice in the United States

Active license to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado at the start of employment, with a license in good standing and no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions

Valid U.S. driver’s license

Salary: $140,000-$170,000/yr based on experience
