Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center is seeking an Internal Medicine leader to architect and grow the service within a high-traffic practice. Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution and board certification path (DACVIM) or residency-trained/board-eligible.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building something from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex medicine to pet-parent language.
Responsibilities
- Architect and grow the Internal Medicine service, setting the standard for complex care within the practice.
- Diagnose and treat diverse complex medical conditions in small animals with state-of-the-art diagnostics.
- Act as a key medical resource for veterinarians and technicians, fostering knowledge sharing.
- Guide pet owners through complex diagnoses with empathy and clarity.
