Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and evolution of the Software Factory release and deploy pipeline.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse Systems Engineering team.
• Establish quality gates and ensure software integrity across channels.
• Drive process automation for release activities and triage complex issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional between teams for toolchain integration with vehicle hardware.
• Manage executive reviews and War Room sessions to unblock launches.
