Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in a high production, reconditioning, or similar fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a 10-person automotive detail shop with high production throughput.
• Ensure quality control of each vehicle and adherence to pickup deadlines and QC standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll, inventory, and maintenance of shop equipment and supplies.
