The ideal candidate has 5+ years in VDC/BIM coordination, strong Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam skills, and a degree in Architecture or Engineering. Competitive salary and discretionary bonus offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in VDC/BIM coordination, GC/CM or subcontractor preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam.
• Experience with MEP modeling and construction logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support MEP/FP BIM coordination workflows.
• Develop and enforce the BIM Execution Plan for each project.
• Facilitate trade coordination with field teams and designers.
• Write RFIs for design/coordination issues.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and ACC.
• Maintain BIM/assembly plans and field model updates.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings and document outcomes.
• Submit Coordination Sign-Off Forms and support QA/QC.
