Job summary

Potterville Public Schools seeks a dedicated Varsity Baseball Coach for Potterville Middle/High School in Michigan. You will lead practices, develop players, and promote sportsmanship while integrating with staff and families.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to the values of the program. CPR/first aid and coaching qualifications are expected, with responsibility for supervision and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all audiences.
• Evidence of strong leadership ability.
• CPR certification & first aid training.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the rules, regulations, and policies of the MHSAA and the Board of Education.
• Promotes and practices positive sportsmanship.
• Is prompt and accurate in submitting all required reports.
• Develops a good rapport with players, parents, patrons, news media, radio and television personnel, assistants, teachers, and administrators.
• Supervises assistants and assigns duties to them.
• Conducts regular meetings with coaching staff.
