Job summary

Marshall & Stevens in Houston seeks a Manager of Valuations – Energy & Infrastructure to lead complex valuation projects across energy assets, including renewables and traditional infrastructure. You will manage analysts and deliver high‑quality analyses for developers, investors and lenders.

The role emphasizes mentoring, cross‑functional collaboration and staying current with market trends to support advisory services and business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field required.
  • Master’s degree or ASA/CFA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in energy and infrastructure valuation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead valuation advisory services for energy and infrastructure projects using DCF, market comparables and scenario analysis.
  • Analyze business- and asset-level valuations within economic, strategic and regulatory contexts.
  • Collaborate with developers, partners, legal advisors and lenders throughout due diligence and transactions.
  • Prepare, review and present valuation reports with accuracy and clarity.
  • Supervise, train and mentor junior team members on project execution.
  • Maintain client relationships and participate in business development and pitches.
  • Stay informed on market trends in renewables, project finance and valuation methodologies.
