Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business or asset valuation, focusing on energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (ASA, CFA) is a plus.
• Advanced Excel modeling, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of renewable energy market trends, energy financing structures, and project development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute valuation advisory services for energy and infrastructure projects using DCF, market comparables and scenario analysis.
• Analyze business and asset-level valuations considering economic, strategic, and regulatory factors.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, legal advisors, and financial institutions throughout due diligence and transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare, review, and present high-quality valuation reports with accuracy and deadlines in mind.
• Supervise, train, and mentor junior team members and oversee their development.
• Grow client relationships and participate in business development and client pitches.
• Stay informed on market trends to support continuous learning and improvement.
