• Mindestens 3 Jahre Fahrpraxis mit gültigem Führerschein erforderlich.

We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused leader to be a Lead Valet who will ensure the facility operates according to company policies and client expectations. Responsibilities

• Assign, verify, and distribute claim tickets accurately
• Keep driveway clear of vehicles that do not require assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
• Inspect vehicles and report damages upon arrival and during care
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns
• Greet all customers following Premium Parking standards
• Train associates on policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in past 7 years
• No more than two minor violations in the past year
• No suspensions within last 3 years
• Ability to drive a stick shift
• Preferred: 2 years of valet experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible availability for events
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods
