Job summary
VOLTO Consulting is seeking a UX Lead / Product Designer to drive product experience across digital products in a hybrid Hilliard, OH environment. You will lead design from discovery to launch, shaping UX strategy and scalable design systems.
You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams, conduct user research and usability testing, and mentor junior designers to promote best practices in user-centered design.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading UX and product design from discovery to launch.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility WCAG and responsive design.
- Experience collaborating in Agile teams and mentoring designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and product design from discovery through launch.
- Define UX strategy, user flows, information architecture, and design direction.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
- Lead design workshops, reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistent product experiences.
- Mentor designers and promote UX best practices.
