Job summary

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, define metrics to measure impact, and explore technologies to improve usability and efficiency while ensuring seamless interconnections within the IT ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify root causes of UX issues within enterprise services and interdependencies.
• Develop and propose multiple technical solutions and implementation plans to optimize services while aligning with enterprise systems.
• Research and evaluate current and emerging technologies to address UX challenges and recommended integrations.
• Define and implement metrics frameworks to evaluate UX optimization success and iterate on data-driven insights.
• Leverage knowledge of enterprise technologies to deploy technical solutions and troubleshoot cross-service impacts on UX.
