Age of Learning is seeking a Lead UX Designer to shape end-to-end design for ABCmouse game experiences. You will improve existing activities, ideate new features, and create live-service content with a focus on young learners.

You will balance metagame systems and economies while partnering with engineers, educators, and artists to ship high-quality features. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in game/UX design, a track record with casual mobile games, and strong Figma skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in game design or UX design with shipped titles or products.
• Proven experience designing casual mobile games and understanding engagement loops.
• Proficiency in Figma for UX flows, prototypes, and design specs.
• Ability to design and tune game economy and metagame systems.
• Experience with live-service content and data-driven iterations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design of new game features and improvements from concept through launch.
• Create high-quality UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual specs in Figma for engineering and product partners.
• Design and balance complex game metagame systems and economy mechanics for young learners.
• Use product data, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and validate decisions.
• Collaborate with producers, engineers, educators, and artists to ship features.
