Responsibilities

• Facilitating workshops and design sprints across multi-disciplinary teams to develop concepts and define UX metrics.
• Leading user-centered design initiatives across a wide range of projects.
• Coaching designers and stakeholders to define or improve experiences.
• Developing a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with business goals.
• Provide end-to-end UX/UI support across digital touchpoints with customer implications.
• Conduct user research to gain insights and inform design decisions.
• Lead the design process from concept to implementation using Figma to develop high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.
