As a Lead UX Designer and Prototyper, you will rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You will collaborate with design partners to leverage and evolve the Google design language to build innovative and inspired products. You will own the user experience goal, visual design, and will be responsible for prototyping features (leveraging GenAI) for YouTube Shopping. You will collaborate with leaders across YouTube and Google, to shape the future of video commerce and drive design strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
