Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Principal User Experience Designer to shape the next generation of UX for aircraft, space, and aerospace solutions. You will lead design across web, app, and hardware interfaces, collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric experiences that drive business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in design or 10+ years of experience without degree.
8+ years in UX design, product design & development, and service design (with a design-related degree).
8+ years creating digital UX across web and mobile devices (with a design-related degree).
7+ years defining, designing, and maintaining Design Language Systems (with a design-related degree).

Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops and design sprints to develop concepts and UX metrics.
Lead user-centered design initiatives across projects.
Coach designers and stakeholders to improve experiences across offerings.
Develop and implement a UX strategy aligned with business goals.
