Qualifications

• 5+ years of job related experience.
• Punctual and consistent attendance is needed.
• A current Driver's License is required.
• Able to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to regularly lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee field functions.
• Recognize and report crop progress and pests.
