Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work orders and equipment to multiple field crews.
• Conduct field quality checks to ensure pruning meets ANSI A300, ISA standards, and utility customer specifications.
• Monitor crew productivity, work hours, equipment usage, and progress reporting.
• Enforce OSHA regulations, ANSI Z133 standards, and EHAP; conduct safety audits and inspections.
• Serve as main point of contact for utility arborists and municipal inspectors; handle owner notifications and complaints.
• Oversee maintenance and safe operation of bucket trucks, chippers, and other clearing machinery; ensure routine servicing.
