You will lead complex troubleshooting, standardize practices, and partner with Engineering and Operations to optimize performance.

• 5+ years of advanced experience in industrial maintenance
• Expert-level knowledge across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and utilities
• Ability to diagnose complex, system-wide issues and define solutions
• Strong English communication and collaborative mindset

Responsabilités

• Oversee advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and utility systems
• Lead preventive maintenance and reliability improvements
• Manage safety compliance and permit requirements
• Provide technical direction to maintenance personnel
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on upgrades and commissioning
