Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (not CPR/ACLS online).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for staff and new grads.
• Excellent team player with collaborative mindset.
• Proactive and confident communicator, written and verbal.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and tech-savvy with EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide patient-centered care in urgent care settings with assessments and treatment.
• Lead clinical staff, mentor new-grad providers and clinic staff.
• Document complete medical records in EMR; ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to plan efficient dispositions and transfers.
• Educate patients on health, regimens, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA and clinical regulations.
