Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC in Falmouth, Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Nurse Practitioner to guide our urgent care team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care. You will mentor new-graduate providers and collaborate with clinic staff, acting as a clinical leader in the absence of the Practice Manager.

The role offers an hourly pay range of $68-$85 USD plus a productivity-based incentive, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and Purdue Global education benefits.

Qualifications

Master's degree and NP certification by the appropriate certifying body.
DEA license with no restrictions is required.
BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross). No online CPR/ACLS.</
Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered care with health assessments and exams.
Assess health, interview patients, and update medical histories.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
Administer injections, immunizations, and wound care.
Educate patients on health regimens, wellness, and family planning.
