Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of test events involving multi-domain unmanned systems in lab, controlled, and operational environments.
• Provide technical direction, mentorship, and oversight to test personnel.
• Ensure testing aligns with system requirements, mission objectives, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
• Maintain overall accountability for team performance, task execution, and quality of work.
• Coordinate assignments, priorities, schedules, and deliverables for testing operations; track and resolve deficiencies, risks, and issues.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and validate test data to assess reliability, interoperability, safety, and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain test plans, reports, after-action reviews, and technical documentation.
