Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Ensure work complies with all applicable codes and safety standards (NEC and local)
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and propose cost-effective, code-compliant solutions
• Manage jobsite tasks independently, including material usage and time tracking
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ability to be the Lead Electrician on site, managing the schedule, jobs, and the electrician teams onsite.
• Utilize company-provided technology (smartphones, tablets) for scheduling and documentation
  
  

Qualifications

• Required: Oklahoma Unlimited Electrical Journeyman License
• 5+ Years of proven experience as a Journeyman in residential and/or commercial electrical work
• Deep understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety practices
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to climb and work at heights, on ladders, and lifts.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs, bend, stand, and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
