Peoples Bank, based in Munster, Indiana, is looking for a Banking Center Manager in Chicago. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer service quality. Ideal candidates will have strong banking experience, critical thinking skills, and a passion for customer engagement.
JOB SUMMARY
Oversee and manage banking center day to day operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Provide prompt, efficient and friendly service to ensure an excellent customer experience for all customers and employees. Acknowledges customers' needs with suggestions and referrals of appropriate Bank products and services. Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently while remaining in compliance with the established Bank policies and procedures. These individuals will need to be outgoing, highly organized, detail oriented, flexible, adaptable and results driven. They must demonstrate ability to work independently and with a team, make sound decisions and use critical thinking skills.
