Summary of Lead Universal Banker:

The Lead Universal Banker provides exceptional customer service to new, potential, and existing customers. A friendly and professional demeanor is expected. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, opening all deposit accounts, promoting bank products and services, and participating in daily IQ Leads calling. The role involves processing transactions such as check cashing, deposits, loan payments, safe deposit rentals, negotiable instruments sales, and wire transfers. The Lead Universal Banker supports and promotes all bank products through customer interactions and referrals, while fostering a positive customer and employee experience. Initiative and motivation are essential. The role also includes assisting the Branch Manager with branch operations, staff scheduling, and external calling efforts. Must be a self-starter.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management or leadership experience
• 3-5 years of experience opening new accounts for consumers and businesses
• 3-5 years of cash handling experience
• 3-5 years of customer service experience
• Experience with bank information systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Integrity and honesty in a team environment
• Outstanding customer focus (internal and external)
• Superior time management and organizational skills
