OneMain Financial is seeking a Workflow Operations Specialist to support the Auto Finance business by optimizing workforce planning and workflow efficiency.

You will monitor volume and staffing, analyze data, and partner with leaders to balance service levels, quality, and compliance while driving process improvements. Strong Excel skills and experience with workforce management are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in auto finance, underwriting operations, workforce management, or call center operations.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with workforce management, forecasting, scheduling, or operational planning.
• Experience supporting underwriting, lending, or financial services operations.
• Experience with workforce management and operational systems such as Avaya, Twilio, Topaz, Bedrock, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

The Workflow Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting the performance and efficiency of our Auto Finance business.
