Precision Locating LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Locator to guide our Locating Department. You will provide clear work direction, schedule field crews, and ensure timely, accurate locate tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires deep experience with underground utilities, leadership skills, safety advocacy, and the ability to train staff. You will dispatch, review tickets, and coordinate resources to keep projects on track and communities safe.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years locating underground utilities.
• At least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Experience locating fiber, gas, electric utilities.
• Valid Class D driver's license required.
• Strong knowledge of 811 laws and utility construction.

Mansioni

• Provide daily direction and support to field locators.
• Dispatch tickets and manage territory assignments.
• Review tickets for accuracy and timeliness.
• Train new hires and coach existing staff.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain equipment.
• Build positive relationships with contractors and homeowners.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
