Job summary

Blue Streak LLC 1 is seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee telecom utility construction projects in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites. You will supervise crews, coordinate equipment operations, and ensure safe, compliant execution of all site activities.

The role requires hands-on experience with construction equipment, the ability to troubleshoot field issues, and a focus on safety and quality throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground utility construction
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment and field operations

Responsibilities

• Assist in building, repairing, and maintaining utility construction projects
• Work in outdoor environments, including trenches and underground sites
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the field
• Train crew members on the safe and effective use of tools and equipment
• Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, air compressors, hydraulic reel trailers, and more
• Ensure proper setup and execution of all phases of job-site activity
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and project specifications
• Complete other duties as assigned
