Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of related maintenance or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance activities for underground and surface mine operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with plant and mobile equipment teams.
• Lead and develop hourly maintenance workforce.
• Ensure compliance with Company, Local, State and Federal regulations.
• Drive production, safety and environmental performance to set objectives and metrics.
• Oversee general maintenance, welding and electrical tasks for safety and production goals.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders; create them before start and close within 24 hours of completion.
