The Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Mississippi seeks a Radiologic Technologist Lead to perform imaging procedures per radiology practice standards to aid diagnosis and treatment. Additional duties support safe patient care and service outcomes.

You will organize daily operations, select techniques, develop treatment plans, follow hospital protocols, maintain equipment, and participate in performance improvement to ensure high quality exams and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in an acute care setting or comparable specialty area
• Active ARDMS/ARRT/CCI specialty credentials or equivalent
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire

• Organizes and coordinates daily operational functions and work flow to ensure high quality exams and safe patient care.
• Demonstrates thorough understanding of radiologic principles/theory and uses appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures.
• Develops and implements procedure/treatment plans following hospital protocols.
• Maintains equipment, rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition.
• Completes documentation to comply with hospital policies.
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities to ensure standards.
• Completes assigned goals
