Lenox Hill Radiology is seeking a Lead Ultrasound Technologist to support a cross-functional team and float across the Lenox Hill footprint. You will mentor technologists, monitor performance, and ensure quality and safety in every scan.
Ideal candidates hold ARDMS credentials with AE specialization, BLS, and strong expertise in RIS/PACS and ultrasound equipment. You’ll drive process improvements and support hiring and leadership activities in a fast-paced environment.
This position will float to locations across the Lenox Hill Radiology footprint.

Active RDCS credential in Adult Echocardiography (AE) through ARDMS required. Strong clinical experience performing adult transthoracic echocardiography. Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, Doppler principles, echocardiographic measurements and adult echocardiography protocols. Knowledge of IAC Adult Echocardiography accreditation standards and requirements. Experience with quality improvement, technical competency assessment and protocol standardization preferred. Previous lead, supervisory or demonstrated clinical leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, operations and other clinical stakeholders. Experience with ultrasound/echocardiography equipment, PACS, RIS and electronic reporting systems.
Pay Range: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
