Responsibilities
  • Provide feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM).
  • Manage and support team members through coaching, training, and motivation.
  • Monitor and document performance during review periods and report to the ICM.
  • Promote staff flexibility and delegate work appropriately across teams.
  • Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
  • Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and support staffing needs.
  • Contribute to hiring and performance evaluations of Ultrasound staff.
  • Act on behalf of the ICM when unavailable.
You Are
  • Passionate about patient care and leadership, with sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, respectful interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments, organized, and problem-solver.
Minimum Qualifications
  • ARDMS certification
  • BLS certification
  • Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
  • Ability to meet quality standards
