Responsibilities
- Provide feedback regarding performance and quality of technologists to the Imaging Center Manager (ICM).
- Manage and support team members through coaching, training, and motivation.
- Monitor and document performance during review periods and report to the ICM.
- Promote staff flexibility and delegate work appropriately across teams.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations, RadNet practices, and safety protocols.
- Perform technologist duties to maintain skills and support staffing needs.
- Contribute to hiring and performance evaluations of Ultrasound staff.
- Act on behalf of the ICM when unavailable.
You Are
- Passionate about patient care and leadership, with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, respectful interactions with patients and colleagues.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments, organized, and problem-solver.
Minimum Qualifications
- ARDMS certification
- BLS certification
- Familiarity with RIS, imaging equipment, and PACS
- Ability to meet quality standards
