Job summary

Dollar Bank is seeking a visionary leader to own and drive the intelligent automation program across core banking platforms. You will architect, build, and deploy enterprise-scale automations using UiPath, guiding discovery through production and expanding AI capabilities such as Agent Builder and IXP.

You will validate prompts, govern HITL workflows, and ensure compliant, resilient automation in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Strategic RPA & AI leadership across the bank's automation roadmap.
• End-to-End bot delivery in UiPath lifecycle (discovery to hypercare).
• Agentic & cognitive AI integration using UiPath AI capabilities.
• AI prompt validation & governance with specialized tools.
• HITL engineering and queue optimization for exceptions.
• System integration plus data access using SQL for automated pipelines.
