Job summary

Radial Solutions Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic II to support the UH-60 program for the Army Ranger School at Fort Benning, GA. You will perform maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions in engines and auxiliary power units, ensuring mission readiness and safety.

Qualifications include a minimum of three years on UH-60, a valid FAA A&P license, and the ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills. Familiarity with military docs can be advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of documented maintenance experience on UH-60 series aircraft and current FAA A&P license.
• Ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Knowledge of military publications, drawings, blueprints, micr ofilm, diagrams and schematics

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and modifies aircraft structures and components of moderate difficulty.
• Lead teams through more complex aircraft tasks and update aircraft logs and records.
• Troubleshoot systems as required to meet customer needs.
• Maintain cleanliness using a clean-as-you-go approach during maintenance.
• Perform regular Foreign Object Damage (FOD) walks.
• Comply with DoD documents and procedures.
• Use Government systems to access technical references and training requirements.
• Follow drawings, blueprints, instructions, and technical manuals.
• Ensure safety rules are followed during maintenance.
• Promptly report accidents, injuries, safety violations, or unsafe practices.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions in aircraft structures, landing gear, flight surfaces/controls, anti-icing, pneudraulics, engines, APU, ventilation, heating.
• Replace or repair worn components using hand tools and testing equipment.
• Perform preflight, thru-flight, and post-flight maintenance inspections.
