StraCon Services Group, LLC in Patuxent River, MD is seeking a Senior Program Analyst of Logistics to support a UAV Program Office. You will provide program management and logistics support, maintenance data analysis, and lifecycle sustainment throughout acquisition, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of UAV systems.

You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports; collaborate with government and contractor teams; identify improvements through data-driven recommendations; and ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 10+ years of DoD aviation logistics/program management experience.
• Experience with aviation logistics, TYCOM/WING/MALS dynamics.
• Experience with NALCOMIS, Deckplate, Tableau desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as logistics program analyst for UAV requirements, coordinating with government and contractor personnel.
• Manage aviation logistics lifecycle: acquisition, inventory, maintenance, transportation, disposition of equipment and Government property.
• Collect, validate, analyze program and logistics data to track readiness, performance, and trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports providing leadership visibility into program status and readiness.
• Support planning, readiness assessments, and acquisition activity through data analysis.
