Job summary
A childcare facility is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire and educate young children using a growth mindset. The ideal candidate should have teaching experience, preferably with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Qualifications
At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred, with a minimum of 6 months required.
Must meet state guidelines for the role.
CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor less experienced teachers.
Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe learning environment.
Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with children.
