Job summary

Parker Chase West Cobb, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking a Lead Two's Teacher to develop age-appropriate curriculum and lead engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.

You will partner with parents and staff to monitor progress, ensure safety, and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds who love working with children and are ready to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
• Minimum of CDA or equivalent college credits.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, preferred.
• 2+ years experience, preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and staff are required.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required

• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education, preferred
• 2+ years experience, preferred
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
