Parker Chase Preschool Sprayberry in Alabama is seeking a Lead Teacher for our Toddler classroom to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

As part of Endeavor Schools, you will ensure safety, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and staff to create a positive, engaging learning environment while pursuing professional growth and career development.

Qualifications

• The most important quality is love for working with children.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years experience in the field preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and staff are required.
• Ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential.
