Qualifications

• Turn-based strategy game experience is a bonus.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and coordinate with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Translate the individual's creative vision into game design documents, spreadsheets, and Unity prototypes.
• Collaborate with the Executive Producer to determine the game's roadmap, priorities, and direction.
• Manage the relationship with a distant stakeholder and mentor junior designers.
• Support the integration of AI tooling to assist design and prototyping.
