Responsibilities

Lead multiple artificial turf construction projects (2–10 weeks, $500k average budget) from planning through completion.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications with precision.
Generate submittals and client-facing documentation that reflect your attention to detail.
Source materials and equipment to meet aggressive timelines.
Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships with a sharp eye on scope and profitability.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and produce detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
React quickly and decisively to shifting priorities and on‑site challenges.
