Qualifications

• BS or MS in engineering, or other related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years directly supporting pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a start-up environment.
• Oral and written communication skills that demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a technical agenda and provide technical leadership for device assembly activities.
• Build the technical foundation for startup and manufacturing of device assembly operations, including process control and validation strategy.
• Provide technical support for tech transfer, equipment qualification, process validation, and deviations.
• Own the technical agenda for an assigned device assembly product, platform, or validation process.
• Lead risk management activities and develop real-time metrics for process variability and capability.
• Support cross-functional teams to achieve TSMS objectives and safety goals.
